Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Lead a team of finance professionals in managing daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial systems to enhance data quality, transparency, and visibility.
  • Manage monthly MIS reports, including profit & loss statements, cash flow analysis, and budget versus actuals, providing timely insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation, ensuring alignment with statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals and objectives.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring transparency across functions.
  • Participate in process improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency in financial management.

Requirements:

  • Hold 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
  • Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
