Accounting & Finance Professional

This is a senior-level accounting position that involves managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely payments and statutory filings, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting audits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate ledgers, perform monthly account closures, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Prepare invoices, follow up on collections, process vendor payments, and manage accounts payable.
  • Reconciliations: Perform bank and account reconciliations, conduct GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordinate with vendors for pending filings.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate and present regular MIS reports to management.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors, resolve queries, and provide required documentation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian taxation provisions applicable to companies.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
