Global SMB Advertising Growth Manager

The Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sr BDM, Amazon who can spearhead our effort to accelerate the growth of Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) on Amazon through scalable advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of B2B sales experience, 7+ years of cost-per-click advertising expertise, and experience building customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning advertiser product adoption, Ad revenue adoption, and seller success goals.
- Developing scaled initiatives using a multi-channel approach to improve SMB advertisers' success.
- Determining the long-term strategy for growth and driving end-to-end execution.
- Combining data insights with firsthand knowledge to define need-based segments.
- Sscaling and setting up automated/semi-automated processes to accelerate SMB advertisers' growth.
- Leveraging partner teams to drive account management excellence and unlock incremental value.
- Periodically monitoring and reviewing performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
About the Team: Our Advertising team is a strategic bet for Amazon, one of the fastest-growing business units within Amazon India. This role is part of the Growth Customer Sales (GCS) team, which works with lakhs of SMB sellers on Amazon.in to build their brand presence using Amazon Ads.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and other benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
- Experience building customer relationships
- MBA or equivalent qualification
