About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Ad Sales Manager to work with leading brands across categories. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a key role in understanding and articulating the needs of our brands and help them reach their short- & long-term goals via ads, both on and off the Amazon platform. You will leverage existing C-level relationships, develop new relationships and act as a trusted partner to solve for brand's business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- •Serve as a key member of advertising sales team, driving overall Amazon Advertising strategy and business growth
•Establish and build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives across advertisers /brands, contributing to the overall growth and profit of Amazon India's business by nurturing our partner ecosystem
•Identify, rationalize, and define target market segments, engagement processes and ads strategy for our partners
•Use data driven insights to build and scale the ads business and ensuring advertiser success on the platform
•Act as the advertisers' advocate, evangelizing for their success working with Amazon India, partnering with product, account management, support, and global teams to drive advertiser success on Amazon's advertising platform
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting/ sales/ account management/ marketing
- Proven track record of managing and growing business relationship at scale and handling complex deals/projects end to end
- High ownership skills, drive ads business end to end for the customer
- Strong analytical thinker who can objectively look at business needs and define course of action
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
- Can thrive in fast paced dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
Compensation Package
Estimated annual salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 depending on experience and performance.
