The Customer Service intern will track and manage customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys and WhatsApp.

  • Work cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Customer-first attitude, have passion to solve the customer problems, Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others
  • Have good problem solving skills to be able to answer customer queries and tune into the customer's voice

Effective with data management and churn insights from complex customer data, you should also have good analytical skills to provide actionable insights.
