Senior Consultant: Customer Service Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of customer service solutions using SAP Customer Service (CS). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service processes aligned with business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end SAP CS implementations, upgrades, and support activities to optimize customer service workflows.
  • Providing expert functional and technical guidance on SAP CS processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Configuring and customizing the SAP CS module to enhance customer service capabilities and improve overall efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues escalated from support teams to minimize downtime and maximize system adoption.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PM, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other modules and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Preparing and reviewing functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements to ensure they align with business goals.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and support teams to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and user support to maximize system adoption and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated with SAP CS latest features, tools, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements and stay ahead of the competition.
