Job Overview:
As a key member of our customer service department, the primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer satisfaction to clients.
This involves engaging with customers through various channels, including emails, social media, and phone calls. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of each phone call for future reference.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees to enhance their skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar position in customer service.
