Salesforce Technical Lead Role

Job Description: As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales and marketing efforts. Your expertise in Salesforce administration and customization will be essential in managing databases, creating complex workflow rules, and developing customized reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administration and support of Salesforce database, including user setup, profiles, roles, and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Collaborate with management, strategic planning, and analysis staff to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Create and document application requirements, working with programmers, strategic planning, and analysis staff, and outside consultants as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Train new and existing users on database applications and provide technical support.
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution.
  • Hold hands-on experience in service cloud and community cloud implementation.
  • Must have experience on lightning.

  • Experience with workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
