Job Description:

  • Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Utilising Selenium with scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing Experience: With applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.
  • Analyse and Improve Existing Test Automation Strategies: And processes for improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive Automation Adoption and Productivity Improvement: Through automation and collaboration with development and QA teams.
  • Ensure Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Include automated testing in pipelines.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: On best practices in test automation.
  • Create Detailed Documentation: For testing strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • 12+ Years of Experience: In software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements.
  • Mandatory Experience: With Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs, including experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Strong Understanding: Of CI/CD processes and designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools.
