Lead Workforce Staffing Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead multiple programs and projects across Workforce Staffing. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, working with cross-functional teams, and driving business results. They will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects and programs, including conceptualization, problem identification, design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute program plans, including goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Manage vendor partnerships to implement vendor strategy and review processes, policies, and practices in hiring and related processes.
- Analyze and review key business metrics to inform high-quality decision making.
- Conduct market intelligence studies to gather insights on job markets and vendor landscapes.
