About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to ensure the reliability of our internal systems and productivity of our team.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of desktop support experience, an in-depth understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems, and proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications
  • Diagnose and swiftly resolve technical issues, system, network, and hardware related
  • Support rollouts of new applications and manage inventories and hardware replacements
  • Provide clear and effective technical support to staff, both remotely and on-site
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
  • In-depth understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong multitasking skills and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions in user-friendly terms
