Key Responsibilities

  2. Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate interviewers' fit for specific roles, shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups and tracking sourcing activities.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
