Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, recruit using multiple channels, and serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens and lead with data.
  • Ensure process adherence, continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, act as a point of contact for inquiries, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, and some understanding of analytics.
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
