We are seeking a high-performing Meta Ads specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. This role involves managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing Meta ads campaigns, generating consistent high-quality leads for all branch locations, achieving monthly lead generation targets, and collaborating with the sales team to drive conversions.

  • Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads management (2+ years).
  • Strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniques.
