Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer to spearhead our digital lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and drive results-driven campaigns across multiple locations.

  • Lead Generation Excellence: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to achieve high-quality leads.
  • Campaign Management: Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, conduct A/B testing, and manage campaign budgets effectively.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per lead.

Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads management, strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes, proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager, experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
