Performance Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven performance marketer to drive lead generation excellence across all our branches. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Excellence: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram to achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
  • Campaign Management: Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages, conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance, and manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per lead, and use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Multi-Location Strategy: Develop location-specific marketing strategies for different branches, understand local market dynamics, and customize campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads management.
  • Strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniques.
