Drive Growth as a Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to fuel our business growth by generating high-quality leads across all branches. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
  • Generate consistent, high-quality leads for all branch locations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Campaign Management:

  • Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per lead.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.

Multi-Location Strategy:

  • Develop location-specific marketing strategies for different branches.
  • Understand local market dynamics and customize campaigns accordingly.
  • Coordinate with branch managers for lead handoff and tracking.

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads management.
  • Strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniques.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in EdTech or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience managing campaigns for multiple locations/branches.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of sales funnel optimization.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
