You'll be the driving force behind our digital lead generation strategy and play a crucial role in our expansion plans.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation ExcellencePlan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & InstagramGenerate consistent, high-quality leads for all branch locationsAchieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets Campaign ManagementCreate compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pagesConduct A/B testing to improve campaign performanceManage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations Analytics & OptimizationMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metricsOptimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per leadUse data-driven insights to improve conversion rates Multi-Location StrategyDevelop location-specific marketing strategies for different branchesUnderstand local market dynamics and customize campaigns accordinglyCoordinate with branch managers for lead handoff and tracking???? What We're Looking ForEssential Skills:2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads managementStrong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutesProficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business ManagerExperience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion trackingKnowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniquesPreferred Experience:Previous experience in Ed Tech or Financial Services industryExperience managing campaigns for multiple locations/branchesKnowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Ads)Understanding of sales funnel optimizationBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)Personal Qualities:Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsCreative thinking combined with data-driven decision making????
