Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who specializes in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate high-quality leads across all our branches. You'll be the driving force behind our digital lead generation strategy and play a crucial role in our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Excellence

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Generate consistent, high-quality leads for all branch locations
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets

Campaign Management

- Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple locations

Analytics & Optimization

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lowest cost per lead
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates

Multi-Location Strategy

- Develop location-specific marketing strategies for different branches
- Understand local market dynamics and customize campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate with branch managers for lead handoff and tracking

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

- 2+ years of proven experience in Meta Ads management
- Strong track record in lead generation for education/coaching institutes
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO techniques

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in EdTech or Financial Services industry
- Experience managing campaigns for multiple locations/branches
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Understanding of sales funnel optimization
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
