Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning and maintaining guestrooms and public spaces.">
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, lost and found procedures, and other relevant policies and procedures.">
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.">
  • Supervise the ordering of supplies, inventory management, and linen control.">
  • Coach and counsel employees to improve their performance and provide feedback on their work habits and customer service skills.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.">
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Front Desk, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.">

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area, or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.">
  • High school diploma or GED required.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.">
