Housekeeping Team Member

This role involves supporting the Housekeeping and Laundry team in various aspects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure high operating standards are maintained in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as per hotel brand standards.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members, focusing on training and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent guest service and work with Floor Housekeeping Supervision to ensure efficient room allocation.
  • Manage departmental controls, such as employee frequencies, master key releases, uniform and linen distribution, and incident reporting.
  • Check daily guest information in CRM and ensure preferences are met promptly.
  • Arrange special occasion flowers and embroidery for guests.
  • Control lost and found items, make donations, and check uniforms for cleaning or repair.
  • Coordinate document and people traffic within the department and oversee linen release from Laundry daily.
  • Release guest clothing after laundry services and manage monthly Laundry expenses.
