Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic School Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

Your primary responsibility will be to call and onboard schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes. You will also verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp, ensuring that our users have access to the best possible experience.

In addition, you will reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, helping us to grow our user base and achieve our mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.
  • Friendly and Empathetic: A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor is required to interact with schools and parents over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records is crucial for success in this role.
  • Independence and Ownership: We are looking for someone who can work independently and take ownership of tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
