
Education Partnership Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement, and driving repeat participation in educational solutions.
- Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into education initiatives.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
- Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
- Maintain accurate school records in customer relationship management systems and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
- Mandatory: Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience with education technology programs, or assessment solutions.
- Strong presence within the school network.
- Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
