We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with proven expertise in domestic IT staffing to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
- Develop and grow existing client relationships.
- Cross-sell HR & staffing solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.
- 3+ years' experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory).
- Strong track record in sales & account management.
- Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
