We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with proven expertise in domestic IT staffing to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
  • Develop and grow existing client relationships.
  • Cross-sell HR & staffing solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory).
  • Strong track record in sales & account management.
  • Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
