
Senior Business Development Leader

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management, team management, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Pilot A/R process establishment and devising strategy to improve collections
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and KPIs standards set to optimize insurance collection
- Knowledge of all downstream revenue cycle offices i.e. Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, & Patient Billing
- Understanding the needs of various provider specialties
- Ensuring portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks
- Actively developing management capabilities and business acumen of direct reporters
- Executing organization policies, processes, and procedures
- Demonstrating leadership skills with experience managing 5-10 teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process and knowledge of metrics and calculations
- Presently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager
- Handled a team of 150+ members
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including organizing human resources to attain goals
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
