Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster trust and long-term partnerships with high-value enterprise clients across diverse industry verticals.
  2. Understand each client's business model, pain points, and growth objectives to craft bespoke telecom solutions.
  3. Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account profitability.
  4. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
Business Development & Funnel Management:
  1. Scout for new business opportunities through market research and strategic networking.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline growth strategies.
  3. Partner with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Maintain a healthy and dynamic sales funnel by qualifying prospects and nurturing leads.
Client Engagement & Solutioning:
  1. Deliver compelling presentations tailored to CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
  2. Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to co-create customized proposals.
  3. Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and provide ongoing post-sales support.
Reporting & Forecasting:
  1. Monitor individual and team KPIs using CRM tools and Excel-based dashboards.
  2. Provide timely and precise sales forecasts and pipeline health reports.
  3. Analyze client feedback, competitor moves, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.

Requirements include a strong understanding of telecom products, enterprise connectivity, and managed services, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
