Job Summary

Parexel is seeking a highly skilled Partnership Enablement Specialist to support the growth of emerging and established strategic Biotech partnerships. This role will work closely with the Biotech Partnership Enablement Lead to manage deliverables and actions associated with partnership growth, providing logistical support for the account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account team in tracking, coordinating, and reporting deliverables and actions identified for partnership growth
  • Provide logistical support for internal and Sponsor meetings
  • Update RFI/RFP/BPM content around partnering best practices and expertise
  • Support account planning, particularly with regards to the overall schedule of work being managed to grow the partnership commercially
  • Track and coordinate meeting support for the project management of partnership model elements, including Operating Model, Governance Framework, Partnership Metrics & Key Performance Indicators, and Technology landscape
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of the partnership model, including organizing and coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, creating meeting summaries and action lists, distributing and filing key documents
  • Facilitate the collation of partnership level metrics and generation of reports from multiple data sources and across study teams
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting templates and provide support to project documents with partnership level information
  • Train and mentor study Project Specialists on partnership initiatives and processes

  • Experience in a Study Project Specialists role or similar role supporting clinical operations and/or project leadership in clinical trials

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
