Job Description:

As a Partnership Enablement Director at Parexel, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the infrastructure to support commercial growth, consistent quality, and profitable execution of our Biotech partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain the partnership value narrative with the commercial account lead.
  2. Provide input into and write RFI/RFP content around partnering best practices and expertise.
  3. Create presentation materials on partnership and governance best practices in support of new partnerships.
  4. Attend and support prep and Sponsor meetings, advising on and speaking to partnering models and implementation.

Requirements:
  • 12-15 years' experience in late phase clinical research.
  • 5-7 years' experience managing clinical projects.
  • Expertise in ICH-GxPs.
  • Experience in how CROs and Pharma/Biotech can work together in different models and the pros and cons of each.
