Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Academic Educator to teach IELTS and Cambridge International modules at our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree, have experience teaching large groups, and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for IELTS and Cambridge International modules, ensuring students meet projected subject results.


  • Manage classrooms effectively, preparing schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.


  • Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work, providing supervision and mentorship as needed.


  • Monitor student progress, providing academic counseling and support to ensure students attain their full potential.


  • Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management, contributing to the growth and success of our institution.



Requirements:



  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in English teaching or a related field.


  • At least 2 years of experience teaching large groups, preferably in an international setting.


  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering IELTS and Cambridge International modules, with a strong track record of student achievement.
