Boston Institute of Analytics, Pondicherry is an international organization dedicated to providing training in predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to students and working professionals. We are launching our Pondicherry Campus to cater to the growing demands of the region.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. As a Paid Intern for 3 months with the potential to get regularized based on performance, you will support our Academic Counselling team by assisting students in identifying their educational goals, exploring academic programs, and providing guidance on the admissions process. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in academic counselling and student services.
Job Description- Assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses and programs.
- Help students understand program details, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Support the counselling team in managing student inquiries and conducting follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information and resources.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with academic programs or student counselling (preferred but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in academic counselling and student support.
- Paid internship (₹15K per month) for 3 months, post which based on performance will get regularised

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
