**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Develop, write, and create academic content for textbooks, workbooks, and digital resources for Primary and Secondary levels.
- Ensure content is engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with the latest curriculum and examination patterns.
- Collaborate with illustrators and designers to incorporate relevant visual aids, charts, and diagrams to enhance learning.
- **Content Review and Editing**:

- Review, proofread, and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to educational standards.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the syllabus requirements of major educational boards (e.g., CBSE, State Boards, ICSE).
- **Curriculum Updates and Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and teaching methodologies for Social Science, Physical and Biological Sciences, and Language education.
- Research and incorporate new teaching strategies and content ideas to enhance the learning experience for students.
- **Collaboration and Mentorship**:

- Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of content.
- Mentor and train junior writers and editors to develop high-quality educational materials.
- **Subject Expertise and Trends**:

- Provide expert knowledge in English, Physical Science, Biological Science, Social Science, and Languages (French, Hindi, Tamil) and align content with pedagogical best practices.
- Analyze competitive content and ensure that the materials developed are market-leading and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the Primary and Secondary levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in content development or academic publishing is an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to develop engaging, accurate, and pedagogically sound content.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using digital content development tools and educational technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
