Strategic Sales Director

We are establishing a new division focused on Institutional Sales of Fixed Income Products. Our goal is to hire a seasoned sales professional with extensive institutional connections, proven experience in fixed income distribution, and the ability to originate, structure, and close large-scale transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mission Critical Initiatives & Growth Strategy
  • Establish and develop the Institutional Sales division from inception.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive product penetration among institutional investors.
  • Assume P&L responsibility for the division and ensure year-over-year growth.
  • Institutional Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSTITUTIONAL CLIENTS.
  • Drive large-scale investments in fixed income products (NCDs, ICDs, Bonds).
  • Enhance engagement with existing institutional clients to increase wallet share.
  • Product Distribution & Sales Execution
  • Originate and close debt placements and distribution deals with institutional investors.
  • Collaborate closely with product and structuring teams to offer customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting fixed-income products.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless deal closures.
  • Mentor and scale a team of sales professionals as the division grows.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, deal pipelines, and portfolio updates to leadership.
