About this role:

Help shape the future of fixed-income investments by joining our Institutional Sales team as an expert in fundraising for debt AIFs.

We're seeking driven and dynamic professionals to expand institutional, corporate, and family office coverage across the region. In this role, you will collaborate with high-intent investors to present fund strategies and investment thesis that align with their goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Present tailored fund opportunities to corporate treasuries and family offices.
  • Communicate market insights and fund updates effectively to investors.
  • Provide on-ground market trends and industry dynamics to support strategic planning within the organization.
  • Report directly to the Head of Institutional Sales.

Requirements:

  1. MBA/CA/CFA with 5 to 7+ years of experience in institutional sales covering large to mid-market companies.
  2. In-depth knowledge of fixed-income markets and financial sales experience.
  3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Demonstrated ability to achieve extensive coverage, onboard investors, and drive results.
  5. Strong attention to detail, networking, and stakeholder management.
