About the Role:

The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in creating and implementing people strategies that align with our mission. This involves leading all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and learning and development.

We seek an experienced professional with a good understanding of current trends in HR practices, learning tools, and labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 10-14 years of overall professional experience and 2-3 years of experience working with NGOs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and induction process for new employeesDefine organizational structure and create job descriptionsEnsure people policies are in place for smooth functioningCommunicate organizational values and implement themOwn performance management process and ensure it's implemented on timeManage labour laws complianceRecruit and hire the right resources for the organizationDevelop and implement learning and development programsManage HR data, analytics, and reporting
