We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales leader to spearhead new business acquisition across diverse markets.

  • As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building pipelines, and closing high-value deals in India and globally.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new accounts, engaging senior executives, and driving revenue growth independently.

This role is critical to our growth strategy and comes with significant leadership potential. Based on performance, the incumbent may be elevated to a partner role within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from prospecting and lead generation to pitch, negotiation, and closure.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Build and execute account acquisition strategies
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Founders) to understand their challenges and position Thence as a trusted partner.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new accounts across domestic and global markets.
  • Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system, with clear visibility on progress and closures.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, identify high-impact industries, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Represent the company as the face of sales at client meetings, industry events, and business forums.
  • Build a high-performing BD & Sales function

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in IT services sales (mandatory), with at least 5 years in outbound hunting roles.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new accounts and closing high-value deals in India and/or international markets.
  • Ability to independently drive the full sales cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in engaging senior executives and handling high-stakes conversations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of solution-based IT services sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset - thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environments.
