About this Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the creative direction of our EdTech and eLearning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of learning experiences and guiding multimedia teams to craft intuitive, pedagogically sound content.

Creative Leadership
  • Develop and execute a compelling visual style, tone, and storytelling approach that aligns with instructional goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather needs, validate content, and refine learning experiences.
Multimedia Development
  • Translate complex information into clear, visually rich storyboards and wireframes that guide multimedia development.
  • Design and produce multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance engagement and accessibility.
eLearning Module Creation
  • Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or similar tools, ensuring SCORM compliance and smooth LMS integration.
AI Integration and Workflow Optimization
  • Research and integrate AI platforms to accelerate content creation and reduce manual effort.
  • Optimize production workflows by identifying high-cost or time-intensive steps and deploying AI-powered solutions.
Tech Trends and Recommendations
  • Scout emerging tech trends and recommend best-of-breed platforms that align with strategic goals.
Project Management and Accessibility
  • Proactively anticipate challenges and propose risk-mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, applying WCAG guidelines and universal design principles.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. 5-10 years of progressive experience in creative leadership within EdTech or eLearning environments is preferred.
