Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Specialist to craft high-quality training programs that improve skills, knowledge, and performance in Infor products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to acquire product content and knowledge through active listening and source material review.
  • Organize and integrate this product information to design effective learning assets.
  • Develop engaging content using a variety of course authoring tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, design approaches, and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage project tasks such as updating Jira stories, scheduling, and submitting content for review.
  • Work closely with SMEs and other departments to ensure technical accuracy and quality of learning materials.
  • Monitor and report progress on learning design projects to senior management, identifying risks or delays and proposing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Mastery in English language with the ability to pass a standard written English proficiency exam. Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and modern e-learning technologies. Excellent content development and writing skills, focusing on creating high-quality educational materials. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of projects. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years related experience, demonstrating a history of contribution and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in developing content in Digital Adoption Platforms and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Experience in developing training content for technical software applications and corporate initiatives.
