Our team is responsible for providing accurate learning solutions while applying instructional design theories, practices, and methods.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify instructional goals and objectives.
  • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design course formats and packaging for seamless learner experiences.
  • Contribute to setting standards for learner experiences that enable learning objectives to be satisfied.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 3+ years of professional experience in a shared services or customer service environment.
  • 3+ years of experience developing classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, simulation videos, and learning videos.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional designing for adult learning and curriculum development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures.
  • Ability to navigate complex matrixed and virtual environments.
Instructional Design Tools and Applications

Proficiency in Instructional Design tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and EasyGenerator is essential.


Basic knowledge of HTML, jQuery, and WalkMe is desirable.
