Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled learning experience designer to create engaging and interactive video content for our certification program. This role is ideal for professionals who combine expertise in Artificial Intelligence and instructional design.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how learners understand AI by creating scenario-based videos that simplify complex concepts, align with certification objectives, and prepare learners for success in AI-driven workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate certification objectives into engaging and learner-friendly video scripts.
  • Design scenario-based interactive videos that align with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels.
  • Provide real-world examples and case studies of AI applications across industries.
  • Ensure accuracy, ethics, and relevance of all content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously refine content for improved learner engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience in instructional video design, eLearning, or curriculum development.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear, and engaging ways.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for educational content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Educational Technology.
