Job Summary

  • Create engaging learning experiences that enhance retention and transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Level 2 and 3 Storyboards in PowerPoint, MS-Word, and then final development publishing in e-learning authoring tools, testing of courses prior to their release.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
  • Determine instructional end goals and create content that aligns with them.
  • Develop instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished products.
  • Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts.
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
  • Create supporting materials, media, audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.
  • Evaluate learner performance and develop assessment instruments.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Requirements:
  • At least six years of experience in instructional design.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Flash, Trivantis Lectora, etc.
