Job Summary
- Create engaging learning experiences that enhance retention and transfer.
- Design and develop Level 2 and 3 Storyboards in PowerPoint, MS-Word, and then final development publishing in e-learning authoring tools, testing of courses prior to their release.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
- Determine instructional end goals and create content that aligns with them.
- Develop instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished products.
- Conduct research and analysis on learners and contexts.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Create supporting materials, media, audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.
- Evaluate learner performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- At least six years of experience in instructional design.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related fields.
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Flash, Trivantis Lectora, etc.
