Are you a skilled software engineer looking for a new challenge? This is the perfect opportunity to join our team as a Senior Application Support Engineer.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade billing applications. You will work closely with our support team to ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in supporting and developing applications written in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting Informix errors and prior experience in billing applications.

About the Role:

  • Develop, maintain, and support IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Write and optimize code in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems.
  • Participate in on-call standby support as required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong coding ability in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, Shell scripting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and strong understanding of billing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be a plus.
