Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Application Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to implement, configure, and support enterprise business applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions that meet industry best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Design process workflows, system configurations, and functional solutions.
  • Configure ERP/CRM modules as per business needs.
  • Work with technical consultants/developers to ensure customizations meet functional requirements.
  • Validate system setup and ensure alignment with client processes.
  • Develop user manuals and training material.
  • Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
