Enterprise Mobility Solutions Specialist

The role of an SCCM and Intune specialist is to manage and maintain large-scale enterprise mobility solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of managed devices. This includes designing and deploying medium to large scale SCCM environments, inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Deploying Medium to Large Scale SCCM Environments: Develop and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions, design and deploy single to multi-tier sites, and ensure seamless integration with adjacent Microsoft services.
  • Inventory Management and Software Distribution: Utilize deep knowledge in inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Custom Deployment Scripts and Application Management: Develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch, etc.) and handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM.
  • Client Management and Security: Maintain all managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly 3rd party applications.
  • Windows 10 Imaging and Deployment: Develop Windows 10 images and support the deployment of images for both new installations and re-imaged devices.

Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge in inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and image management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SCCM 2016, including creating and importing applications and packages.
  • Sound knowledge on various imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
  • Ability to resolve tasks escalated by L2 teams and create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.
