About this role:

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in contract manufacturing and vendor management to drive cost-efficient, high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, ensuring timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities include Cost Optimization and Budget Management, Production Coordination & Fulfilment, Quality Assurance and Compliance, and Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management.

  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure 95% OTIF (on-time-in-full) delivery.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Vendor network in Jaipur (highly desirable).
  • Proven sourcing & procurement experience in apparel/fashion.
  • Strong negotiation & partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain.
  • Leadership skills with team & cross-functional management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay positive.
