Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, developing and executing sourcing strategies, leading RFPs and RFQs, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Process Management: Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from evaluating suppliers to managing procurement activities.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • RFPs and RFQs: Lead Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) processes to select the best vendors.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure the best possible deals.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Procurement Risk Management: Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaboration with Finance and Legal Teams: Work closely with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
