Chief Sourcing Officer

We seek an accomplished Sourcing Professional to spearhead procurement of raw materials and packaging solutions for our food production needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic sourcing plans to ensure uninterrupted supply at optimal costs.
- Build a robust vendor base with expertise in quality, cost, and service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and NPD teams to introduce new products and packaging innovations.
- Lead price negotiations and contractual agreements, driving cost-saving initiatives across the procurement portfolio.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for on-time-in-full (OTIF), cost, lead time, and inventory health, conducting regular reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in RM/PM Procurement, preferably in the Food or FMCG sectors.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
- Ability to lead procurement projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of procurement software tools a plus.
