AV Solutions Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, designing technically sound and commercially viable AV solutions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to gather and comprehend customer needs, conducting detailed site surveys, requirement analysis, and client discussions.

  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine client requirements
  • Design and propose bespoke AV solutions incorporating interactive flat panels, video walls, PTZ cameras, microphones, and smart classroom kits
  • Prepare technical Bill of Materials (BOQ), solution diagrams, wiring layouts, and cost estimates
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations
  • Support the development of technical proposals, compliance matrices, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Coordinate with OEM partners, procurement, and internal teams for solution validation and product feasibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in presales / solution engineering in the AV or EdTech domain
  • Strong understanding of AV signal flow, display technologies, integration of audio-visual systems, and networking basics
  • Experience working with smart classroom setups, digital signage, or video conferencing systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Visio / Excel / PowerPoint
