Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including timely fulfillment of payroll and payroll-related compliances. This involves handling bulk payroll, managing automated workflows, and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll operations management, including payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.
  2. Master data management, including payroll data validation and audit.
  3. Time-bound processes management, including investments declaration, tax returns, and employee benefits.
Financial Management:

The incumbent will ensure adherence to financial budgets and targets, while minimizing costs and penalties. Functional inputs to the finance team will also be provided for bookkeeping, closing, and compliances.

People Management:

Cross-functional teams and strong working relationships are essential for this role. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment, high customer satisfaction scores, and effective communication.

Measurable Deliverables:
  1. % adherence to pre-defined schedules for payment of salaries.
  2. % deviation from compensation budget.
  3. % accuracy in preparation of invoices/payrolls.
