
Business Development Representative

We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Appointment Setter to join our remote team.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services.
- Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, proven experience working with Australian and US clients, confidence in making cold calls, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
