Data Analytics Hiring Manager

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field
  • Minimum 12-14 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years of experience in data analytics hiring
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams and driving business growth through effective recruitment practices
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, with a focus on data analytics hiring
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
